Keith founded Integrale Advisors in 2007 as a real estate investment, advisory and asset management firm.
Keith is the Managing Principal of Integrale Advisors and is responsible for overall strategic and investment direction, business development, capital formation and investor relations.
Keith has established networks and alliances with marketplace experts and specialists across the US and Europe.
Keith has over 25 years of experience in the European and US real estate markets with real estate transactions in excess of $3.8bn in value.
Keith received his MBA from Columbia University and INSEAD with honors and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Emory University.
Manager / Chief Technology Officer
Simon serves as the Chief Technology Officer where he guides the strategic implementation of technology across the firm. Simon also serves as the Manager of the Firm and directs its daily operations.
Simon is an experienced Product/Product Manager with over 30 year background focused on creating software products.
Simon has extensive International experience working in global companies leading cross-functional teams and directing offshore IT development.
He has indepth experience of the Cellular industry derived from developing software products in the messaging, commerce and engagement space.
Previous companies that Simon has worked for include mBlox Ltd, Acision, Hutchinson 3, Sema Group.
Simon earned a Bachelors in Mathematics and Computing from University of Sussex. Simon is also a certified PMP project manager.
Charlie was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida (2003), and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit (2003). Charlie received the David L. Stout Pro-Bono Award from the St. Petersburg Bar Association in 2007. Charlie was named a Rising Star in 2010 by Florida Superlawyers.com, and he is listed in Cambridge Registry’s Who’s Who. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, and the St. Petersburg Bar Association.
Charlie graduated from Florida State University in 1978 with a B.S. in Marketing. He worked for Raytheon, Inc. from 1978 to 1997. He graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, with high honors, in 1999. In law school, Charlie served on the moot court team and on the St. Thomas Law Review as articles editor.
Charlie is currently serving a three-year term as an executive member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association.
N Edward Briesemeister
With more than $2.5bn of portfolio invested for clients and 40 years of experience in real estate investment management and development, Ed brings a deep knowledge of structured finance, proven expertise in investment strategies, familiarity with offshore capital markets and a wide network within the US real estate industry.
Ed brings a wealth of US and European experience to guide the Firm on its investment, and strategic alliance strategy.
He has been involved in over 22 public funds and a larger number of private placements, raising capital for real estate from investors in the US, Europe and Asia.
He was one of the Founders and managed Jamestown operations until 1996. Jamestown is an investment and management company focused on income-producing real estate in the US.
Since leaving Jamestown, Ed has been an advisor to institutional investors and helped create a number of private and public offerings of US real estate in Germany.
From 1997-2000 he was a partner in a private Swiss-based investment firm and during 2001-2005 Ed was a partner in Philadelphia-based Legg Mason US Real Estate Advisors until that entity was sold to Grosvenor Investment Management.
Ed is presently a Principal and Senior Director of Great Oaks in Atlanta, Georgia working directly with US and German partners in developing new investment real estate funds.
He is a member of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) and the National Association for Business Economics.
